After your first call we do our bespoke research on the history of your property, and the surrounding properties. We look at properties similar to yours in size, location and attributes to make sure we get the price right. We also have a large mailing list of clients from all over looking for different properties.
We are happy to work with you to create agency terms that work for you. We don't ask to tie you in for a prolonged period as that wastes your valuable selling time. Frankly we take on any property, confident that we can sell it in good time. Our fee varies depending on size and location of your property. We can arrange these terms upon market appraisal or instruction appointment. We are happy to give free valuations with no obligations. We just simply enjoy what we do.
The image really counts, we have an amazing photographer who endeavours to capture your property in its best light, using wide lensed and drone photography. He also creates an accurate floorplan and is a qualified EPC assessor. To accompany the imagery we also work with you to produce a detailed description to create high quality particulars. We are then ready for advertising... Our advertising includes our own Website, Rightmove and our Socials, we find these three methods of advertising most effective.

2023 has been challenging with lots of daunting news articles and a supposed recession. The property market with sales and rentals in our area is still very buoyant. Sellers/ Landlords are still achieving a great price and on the other hand, for buyers and tenants the prices have leveled and there is more available on the market. We are now coming into 2024 which will be our third year operating!
