The fine details...

Annaclone is the epitome of the Cornish Riviera lifestyle and is set just a few yards from the waterfront. The property lies in an established residential area of individual houses which were designed to take full advantage of the outstanding views across Marine Drive.

The property provides generous and adaptable accommodation, set over three floors and extending to over 4,400 sq ft, with many of the principal rooms enjoying the spectacular views across the front gardens to Hannafore Beach and the surrounding coastline.

Brief Ground Floor Accommodation

There are four reception rooms on the ground floor, three of which are accessed from an impressive reception hall which also has a cloakroom and WC. There is a west facing garden room which is accessed from the dining room. The kitchen is at the back of the house and gives access to the rear garden, via a very useful utility and laundry room.

Brief First Floor Accommodation

A galleried landing on the first floor provides access to a principal bedroom suite and three guest bedroom suites. From the landing there is also an exterior door, with external staircase to the side of the building, providing the opportunity to create self-contained guest accommodation if required.

Brief Second Floor Accommodation

There are three further bedrooms, one en-suite shower room and a further bathroom on the second floor, with one of the larger bedrooms enjoying French doors that open onto a balcony, taking in the breathtaking coastal views.

This location enjoys a distracting 180 degree panorama with tidal seafaring traffic including trawlers, day boats and leisure craft constantly in view. Overlooking Hannafore Beach - A substantial and detached frontline seaside home commanding an extraordinary panorama of the coastline and coastal waters spanning from Looe Island across the entirety of Whitsand, Rame Head and Looe Bay. A STONES THROW FROM HANNAFORE BEACH, LOOE TOWN CENTRE 0.5 MILES, FOWEY 10 MILES, PLYMOUTH 21 MILES.

Looe straddles the wide river with its bridge and stone harbourside, with a thriving tourist industry and popular with boating enthusiasts. On the edge of the town is a branch line railway which links with the main line at Liskeard (Plymouth to London Paddington 3 hours).

From Marine Drive, a gate leads into the front garden, where a path rises up to the entrance porch at the side of the building. There is a terrace and verandah in front of the house, with plenty of space for an outdoor seating area, to enjoy the views across the lawn to Hannafore Beach

From Plymouth follow the main A38 then at Trerulefoot roundabout turn left signposted Torpoint. At the bottom of the hill, after about a mile, turn right signposted to Looe. On entering the town from the east, proceed over the bridge and across the river Looe towards West Looe, then turn left onto Quay Road and proceed onto Hannafore Road and follow the road round onto Marine Drive and the property can be found on the right-hand side.
